I am so happy to announce Mindfully Carly now has a new shared studio to teach out of right here in McHenry. I will be in the lower level studio at Core Chiropractor on Hwy 120. I will have a full schedule of classes, offering Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Reiki Self-care, Essential Oil & Private appointments for Meditation & Reiki. All the classes will be posted here on FB under events where you can register. I look forward to continuing to serve women in their self-care journey.
