Meditation Classes
Meditation is a practice of the mind, peace within, a space between thoughts, to live in the present moment.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a “yogic sleep” state of being between sleep and consciousness. We will meditate while being in a relaxed, dream like experience. Yoga Nidra will incorporate resting pose with breath work, relaxation techniques and a small guided meditation. This state will bring you deep relaxation & healing for your mind & body.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga consists of yoga poses on the floor held for 3 to 5 minutes each to relax you and bring you more strength & flexibility. Followed by a short meditation.
Reiki Services
Reiki is holistic in its approach and works with not only the symptoms and individual experiences, but the root cause of the imbalance or issue. People may have a nagging feeling that something in their life, body or mind is out of balance. They feel there is a struggle from within themselves. Reiki will help the person to listen to the body and work through the imbalance to promote a deep sense of relaxation and ease.
Optimal Health
Health Coaching provides guidance and encouragement related to the OPTAVIA program meal plans, product choices, exercise, and general direction to Clients for lifelong transformation. This program provides one-on-one support to Clients as it pertains to the Habits of Health System.

Meditation will allow you to observe your thoughts without judgment & bring self-awareness. Learning to filter out the mind chatter and understand the state of your mind will begin to be able to react and change your thought patterns.

Hi, I'm Carly, meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Advocate.
Carly (Carla Morris) is a Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master & Mindfulness Advocate. She has been practicing meditation for over 20 years. She is excited to bring her experience and take on mindful living. She loves sharing her passion for self-care through meditation, reiki, therapeutic yoga & wellness workshops. It is her honor and privilege to be able to serve women in their own self-care journey.
Carly recently has added optimum health coaching (Optavia) to her array of services. Mindful living and optimal health fits in well with the scope of her business.
