Here are 3 main areas to incorporate Mindfulness.

  • Mind/ Mental Mindful Practice
  • Breath Work
  • Inhale for 4, Hold for 4, Exhale for 8 repeat several times.
  • Body/ Physical Mindful Practice
  • Eating
  • Chew food 30 times. Eating slower and without digital devices.
  • Soul/ Spiritual Mindful Practice
  • Silent Moments or Prayer
  • Grounding by sitting with feet flat on the floor, hands in your lap and just breathe.
