Subtle Yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that integrates breath, movement, and awareness to promote physical health, emotional balance, and inner calm. It focuses on small, intentional movements to create profound benefits for mind and body.

Gentle Yoga – gain strength and flexibility while learning to relax, manage stress & practice mindfulness. 

 
Yoga Nidra – or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation and healing. By entering a state between wakefulness and sleep, it helps reduce stress, improve focus, and restore inner balance.
 
Yoga & Essential Oils– combines gentle yoga with oils during class. 
 
Chair Yoga – gentle yoga modified in a chair.
 
Restorative Yoga – consists of yoga poses on the floor held for 3 to 5 minutes each to relax you and bring you more strength & flexibility.
