Meditation Classes

Meditation is a practice of the mind, peace within, a space between thoughts, to live in the present moment.

Subtle Yoga

Subtle Yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that integrates breath, movement, and awareness to promote physical health, emotional balance, and inner calm. It focuses on small, intentional movements to create profound benefits for mind and body. Followed by a short meditation.

Reiki Services

Reiki is holistic in its approach and works with not only the symptoms and individual experiences, but the root cause of the imbalance or issue. People may have a nagging feeling that something in their life, body or mind is out of balance. They feel there is a struggle from within themselves. Reiki will help the person to listen to the body and work through the imbalance to promote a deep sense of relaxation and ease. 

Wellness Workshops

Explore a variety of Wellness Workshops designed to nurture your well-being. Learn the benefits of doTerra essential oils in fun make-and-take sessions, unleash your creativity with Paint & Sip parties on canvas, wood, or glass, and discover self-care techniques with basic Reiki practices. Take a break from your busy schedule to relax, learn, and rejuvenate!

Meditation will allow you to observe your thoughts without judgment & bring self-awareness. Learning to filter out the mind chatter and understand the state of your mind will begin to be able to react and change your thought patterns.

Carly (Carla Morris) is the heart and soul behind Mindfully Carly, a nurturing space for women seeking greater peace, clarity, and balance in their lives. With more than two decades of personal meditation experience, Carly offers a unique blend of mindfulness, subtle yoga, Reiki, and holistic wellness practices that help her clients reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her approach is gentle yet empowering- grounded in the belief that true transformation begins with awareness and self-compassion.

Carly is devoted to helping women show up more fully for themselves. She believes mindfulness is a tool for reclaiming personal power, reducing overwhelm, and living with greater intention. Her work invites clients to pause, breathe and remember who they are beneath the noise. Whether you are looking to begin a meditation practice, restore your energy, or simply carve out more time for yourself. Carly offers a supportive space to begin that journey-one mindful breath at a time.
